Balancing residential quality and acoustic performance against a retail podium with independent servicing, while maintaining a continuous concrete-frame cycle on a constrained plot.

GoTech self-performed the frame on a tuned slab cycle, isolated residential and retail services early, and front-loaded amenity finishes to de-risk the handover sequence.
